As the Web Solutions Lead Engineer, you will oversee solution planning, technical direction, hands-on development, and mentoring of engineering teams. You will play a key role in shaping web technology standards, modernizing legacy systems, and driving continuous improvement across the digital ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of complex web applications and solutions. Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define requirements and technical strategies. Oversee development efforts, ensuring high-quality coding standards, security practices, and performance optimization. Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide expert guidance during development and deployment cycles. Drive integration efforts with backend services, APIs, cloud platforms, and third-party systems. Mentor and guide junior developers and team members, fostering a collaborative engineering environment. Contribute to DevOps pipelines, CI/CD configurations, and automation initiatives to improve release reliability. Ensure compliance with industry standards, accessibility requirements, and organizational governance. Support scalability planning, system performance tuning, and long-term technical roadmap development. Stay informed about emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools to recommend modernization opportunities. Required Skills and Qualifications 12+ years of experience in web development and engineering roles, with proven leadership responsibilities. Strong expertise in modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and responsive design. Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong backend development experience using Node.js, Java, .NET, or similar technologies. Solid understanding of RESTful services, API integrations, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Proficiency in DevOps concepts including CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and version control (Git Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, and web accessibility standards.
