THE PERSON :

Manufacturing Technicians operate and maintain machinery, ensuring safety and compliance by adhering to industry standards. Must identify and troubleshoot equipment or process-related issues, possess strong problem-solving skills, and collaborate effectively with other technicians. Expected to participate in initiatives to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce waste in the manufacturing environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Operating and maintaining machinery : Manufacturing Technicians are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and adjusting equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. They must also perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime.
