You will :

• Oversee the estimation of all commercial drywall projects ensuring accuracy consistency and competitive pricing
• Analyze performance from past projects to define standards and best practices for future estimates
• Play a key role in evaluating and improving the companys bid management and estimating software
• Develop and implement standardized estimating methods and processes that elevate efficiency and precision
• Mentor train and support other estimators helping them grow into top-tier professionals
• Serve as the final authority on estimating procedures processes techniques and personnel decisions for assigned projects
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership helping drive profitability and operational excellence
