Your Role

Develop and execute brand strategies that drive market leadership and customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy : Define vision, core values, and voice guidelines across all locations.
  • Market Positioning : Lead competitor analysis and target customer profiling.
  • Consumer Insights : Monitor brand health metrics (awareness, NPS, review sentiment).
  • Delivery Platform Management : Optimize menus / promotions on Uber Eats / DoorDash to increase sales contribution.
  • Team Leadership

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years F&B brand management with 2+ successful restaurant case studies (submit PDF).
  • 1+ years managing teams of 5+ in restaurant / hospitality
  • Deep F&B expertise : Menu psychology, local market adaptation, crisis management.
  • Fluent English & Mandarin (for China-facing supply chain / vendors).
