Physical Therapist Qualifications

Active New York State Physical Therapist license (required prior to start)

BLS certification from the American Heart Association

Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience

COVID-19 vaccination required (medical exemptions considered)

Ability to provide two supervisory clinical references

All allied health certifications must be submitted with application

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient clinical setting

Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for rehabilitation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes

Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
