Job Description :

As a Breakfast Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking breakfast menu items efficiently and to the highest standards. Your role is essential in ensuring our guests enjoy a delicious and satisfying breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes according to established recipes and portion sizes.
• Execute menu items such as omelets, pancakes, waffles, breakfast burritos, and more with precision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the efficient flow of service during busy breakfast hours.
• Ensure that all food products are properly stored and rotated to prevent spoilage.
• Assist with ingredient preparation, including chopping, slicing, and measuring, to streamline breakfast service.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate breakfast service and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• Assist in maintaining inventory levels and placing orders for ingredients as needed.
