Hey there! We're looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team ASAP for ongoing shifts. If you're passionate about providing top-notch care, keep reading!

Responsibilities

Home Health visits
Manage appointments with a maximum of 2 patients per hour
Treat patients of all ages with various conditions
Perform in-home primary care, wellness visits, physical exams, and more

Qualifications

Active state NP license

Prior experience with in-home patient visits

Board Certification as an NP

Minimum 1 year of NP practice

BLS certification

Proof of car insurance and valid driver's license

Benefits

Flexible 4-hour shifts, 1-2 days per week

Work weekdays or weekends, 9 : 00 am - 6 : 00 pm
