A company is looking for a Sales and Marketing Operations Analyst to join their Revenue Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain CRM accuracy, manage lead routing, and drive pipeline hygiene
Own campaign execution in Marketo and manage onboarding and nurture flows
Ensure alignment on funnel definitions and maintain data quality for reporting
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related GTM function
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools, preferably Marketo
Familiarity with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, Groove, or Dialpad
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions
Excellent project management and organizational skills
