Your Role on the Team

Position Summary :

The Progressive Care Unit registered nurse provides direct patient care, with a 1 : 3 ratio in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, to assigned patients in the Progressive Care Unit. The registered nurse is a supportive, compassionate, efficient, detail-oriented team player with excellent interpersonal skills and who collaboratively maintains plan of care for vulnerable patients. Minimum Education :

All external Candidates must have Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Current California RN license.

Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification.

Minimum Experience : 1 year nursing experience in Definitive Observation / Step Down / Progressive Care Setting.
