Responsibilities include : / pulliPartnership Strategy Identification : Research and assess new markets and partner segments. Generate and evaluate high-potential partnership ideas. / liliBusiness Case Development Analysis : Build rigorous financial models assessing financial contribution of new partnerships, including identifying and segmenting target markets. Analyze partner business models relative to Oracle Healths to define mutually beneficial deal structures. Quantify ROI, forecast revenue impact, and present recommendations to leadership. / liliDeal Execution and Cross Functional Leadership : Lead cross-functional deal teams (Product, Licensing, Legal, Clinical, Strategy, Executives) to ensure alignment and timeline management. Draft internal and external documents that outline partnership structures and opportunities. Partner with licensing and legal teams to advocate for ideal contracting terms.
