Workday Absence Lead

A company is looking for a Workday Absence and Time Tracking Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Workday deployments and optimization projects focused on Absence modules

Provide subject matter expertise and propose solutions based on client needs

Mentor and coach team members while contributing to the development of internal resources

Required Qualifications

Certified in Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules

Experience in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, including global deployment

Experience with AMS / post-production support for Absence and Time Tracking

Experience leading offshore teams in configuration and support roles

Ability to participate in Workday ecosystem product groups and discussions
