Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for a Data Manager . This is a remote contract role. Candidates based in the Chicago area will have a hybrid schedule of two in-office days per week.

The Data Manager plays a key role in ensuring efficient accurate and compliant data management. This position will oversee data collection storage analysis and governance collaborating across teams to enhance data quality and leverage insights for business growth and operational excellence.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• 5 years of experience working with marketing data and metrics ideally in a marketing agency or related environment
• Strong understanding of data management principles data modeling cleansing and governance
• Proficiency with data tools such as AirTable Excel and visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI
• Ability to manage large complex data sets and apply statistical or data mining techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with CRM systems marketing platforms and digital marketing channels a plus
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR) preferred

Compensation Information

The expected pay rate for this position is market hourly rate $45 - $58 / hr : depending on experience and qualifications.
