Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients regarding distribution instructions and potential issues
Monitor incoming orders and ensure timely handling and successful transmission of content
Required Qualifications

Basic technical skills and computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow under tight deadlines
Demonstrated reliability through good attendance and punctuality
Flexible schedule as needed
