Exclusive order to AMN Healthcare at a state-of-the-art 352-bed hospital in Downey, CA. Built in 2009 this hospital has 95 percent family-friendly private rooms. It includes a variety of environmentally friendly features such as large windows to allow for an abundance of natural light, carpeting made from recycled materials, use of 100 percent of fresh air and no recirculation, and paint made from non-toxic materials. Our Labor and Delivery unit has 66 beds including postpartum FCC. Our LD patient population includes triage, high and low risk deliveries, recovery. We required BLS, NRP, Fetal Monitoring, Scrub, Circulate, Basic EKG, Vent Mgmt.and AWHONN advanced fetal monitoring course.
