• The current providers describe the practice as a perfect balance between low risk and high risk. There are challenging cases, and someone can have a lot of variety which is nice, all while feeling comfortable as they only see babies that are 36 weeks and above. There is also another need at a Level 1 hospital in downtown so you can choose between if you want to work in a community based setting, or at the downtown campus.

24-7 ANES, GS, midwife backup for every C-section. There is access to sleep as needed at the hospital during your shifts and you'll be able to group your shifts together if you would like, allowing you to enjoy all that Portland and Oregon have to offer.

Community Details

The area includes national parks, waterfalls, hiking trails, wineries, farmers markets, botanical gardens, excellent schools, cute downtown with unique shops and restaurants and a friendly community. You have the best of both worlds with being in a suburb of Portland or rather, you can live downtown. You can also work directly between the city and the mountains, so everything is so close to this area.
