Position Summary : To develop and maintain aircraft maintenance schedules and processes for an MRO (Maintenance Repair and Overhaul) to improve efficiency and reduce turnaround time. This position will coordinate with all departments : quality, engineering, logistics, and production for the maintenance, repair, and delivery of aircraft and components.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Develop maintenance and repair processes for aircraft and components in accordance with approved documentation, regulations, and customer and quality requirements.
• Improve maintenance efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, material and equipment requirements, standardize work methods, solving operational issues, and providing technical support.
• Act as project manager coordinating between the production floor, quality, engineering, and logistics to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with the production floor to establish production schedules, priorities, weekly and monthly production planning, and resources allocation.
• Contribute to the Repair Station development with the implementation of lean initiatives and methodologies.
• Support the design precision machining instructions and surface treatment procedures related with Component Repair activities.
• Perform production control duties for in-house repairs; plan and distribute workload among the mechanics.
• Locate, audit, oversee, and support U.S. repair facilities for component repairs special processes.
