The role Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the Senior FP&A Analyst acts as a key financial business partner to two core business units, leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role combines strong analytical skills and business acumen to support strategic decision-making and drive profitable growth. The Senior FP&A Analyst collaborates with General Managers, Sales, Operations, and Corporate FP&A to align financial outcomes with ChemTreat's growth strategy. In this role, a typical day will look like : Leading the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for assigned business units. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to build accurate, driver-based financial models. Performing monthly and quarterly variance analysis versus plan, forecast, and prior year. Preparing management reporting packages with key performance metrics and actionable insights. Partnering with business leaders to assess profitability, pricing, and cost-to-serve initiatives. Conducting scenario modeling, investment valuation (NPV / IRR / ROI), and ad hoc financial analyses. Enhancing financial reporting efficiency through automation and system optimization (Excel, PowerBI, D365, OneStream).
The essential requirements of the job include : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus). 47 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally within a multi-business or manufacturing environment. Strong analytical, modeling, and financial storytelling skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with PowerBI, preferred. Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. Strong business partnering, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Knowledge of U.S. GAAP principles preferred.
The compensation range for this role is $95,000 - $105,000 USD per year.
