Equipment Maintenance Technician (CMP) (Gresham)- B Night Shift

Job Description

onsemi is seeking a Maintenance Equipment Technician (CMP) in Gresham, OR. As an Equipment Maintenance Technician (CMP) at onsemi's premier 200mm manufacturing facility, you will work in a dynamic team environment, perform preventive, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance proficiently on a variety of innovative semiconductor manufacturing tools. Each day, you will be challenged by working on a diverse set of tools with a world-class team.

Shift : B shift Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, e / o Saturday. 7 : 00PM-7 : 06AM

Responsibilities

Specific responsibilities include :

• Utilize diagnostic equipment to monitor equipment performance, diagnose root cause, and make reliability improvement recommendations.
• Dismantle, adjust, and repair equipment according to maintenance specifications and repair manuals.
• Use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis and repair of equipment.
• Drive solutions and guidelines by recommending and writing maintenance procedures and specifications.
• Perform scheduled tool qualifications.
• Vendor management and coordination.
• Opportunity to provide leadership to other technicians by providing training and mentoring.
• Other duties as assigned.
