Job Description :
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Physician Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare, possess excellent communication skills, and have a talent for identifying and attracting top medical professionals. As a Physician Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, recruiting, and placing physicians across various healthcare settings, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified physicians and nurse practitioners.
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with the HR manager to determine current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between candidates and the hiring team, providing timely feedback and support.
- Schedule and manage Zoom interviews with the hiring team.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in physician recruitment.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in physician or nurse practitioner recruitment, or healthcare staffing is required .Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and the physician / nurse practitioner job market.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Healthcare recruiting experience is required.Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Contract
