A company is looking for a Sr. Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruiting process and enhance the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate interviews and logistics for multiple recruiters and hiring managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and oversee job postings
Manage interview logistics and assist with onboarding coordination
Required Qualifications
Three or more years of experience in high-volume coordination or recruiting coordination
Proven success in scheduling across multiple calendars and time zones
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse
Proficiency with productivity software, such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
