We are hiring business development executives / Account Sales Directors in Bay Area locations in US.
An accomplished Sales executive in this role will be : -
passionate about solving business challenges, navigating Client landscape, be a trusted partner and driving stellar and sustainable business growth in strategic areas.
having proven track record of account portfolio management, new business growth and leading deals from pursuit to winning for strategic mega accounts.
Having strategic focus developing and implementing sales plan to create new revenue streams by analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, and accelerating revenue growth across HCLTech’s enterprise IT & technology services offerings. The Sales Director will act as an architect of sales strategy and growth for a significant portfolio.
Location : Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Account portfolio management including Client engagement & relationship management at all levels.
Winning new business by developing Leadership connects, identifying Client business challenges and needs and lead pitching relevant solutions and services
Leading Client business proposals and propositions working with various cross-functional solutions, delivery and marketing teams
Building strong cadence with internal stakeholders leading service offerings growth in the Account across IT, business operations & engineering technology services.
Be a trusted advisor elevating engagement with Client Leadership
Maintain strong Account management metrics across contract negotiations, renewals, billing operations, revenue & profitability
Required Qualifications
Total of 10+ years of relevant experience leading Account / portfolio sales preferably with Hi-Tech, Consumer Electronics, ISV segment Fortune 100 Clients
Proven track record of achieving stellar sales growth in new & existing business alike
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Strong Sales experience in service offerings across Digital, Cloud, Infrastructure and engineering
Strong executive presence and capability of engagement with customer Leadership
Experience and flexibility to work across Geos with diverse teams and succeed in a global organization
Sound financial & commercial Business Understanding
Willingness to travel at short notice, as needed.
