Tower Loan is searching for a full-time Senior Infrastructure Systems Administrator to join the IT team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about technology and has a track record of success in supporting core IT organizational functions.

The successful candidate will support our team and ensure the reliability, security, and scalability of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibility Summary :

  • Assume ownership of the architecture and management of critical IT infrastructures, including Microsoft Exchange / O365, Active Directory, Virtualization, Servers, Network, and Storage (SAN) systems.
  • Develop comprehensive monitoring reports to assess and analyze the performance of various systems within the organization.
  • Lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of new software and hardware across the organization's IT environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to meet organizational objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager to support the dynamic needs of the IT department.

    • Minimal Qualifications :

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer Networking is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in system administration.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven experience in troubleshooting common hardware and software issues.
  • Strong team player with the ability to contribute effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and other Cloud Technologies.
  • Expertise with Windows operating systems including Windows 10+, Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016, and 2019.
  • Ability to train new system users and set up their accounts.
  • Competent understanding of LAN / WAN networks.
  • Proficient knowledge of PowerShell scripting.
