Position : Civil Litigation Attornrey

A well-established firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced attorney to join their team and handle a flourishing caseload. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation to take their career to new heights.

Responsibilities :

• Handle a diverse caseload from inception through completion, including case investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.
• Conduct client consultations, provide legal advice, and maintain effective communication with clients throughout the case.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and legal support staff to ensure efficient case management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, documentation, and billing records.
