Salesforce QA Engineer Lead

A company is looking for a Salesforce QA / Test Engineering Lead.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the Salesforce QA team to define test strategies and execute testing to meet stakeholder requirements

Develop and maintain test plans, scripts, and methodologies to ensure compliance with system specifications

Coordinate with development teams to verify defect fixes and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Required Qualifications :

8+ years of experience in manual and automation testing with expertise in Salesforce testing

3+ years of experience in providing technical guidance and leading QA team members

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

Experience with automated regression testing tools like Provar or Selenium

Understanding of Salesforce architecture and product suite, including Salesforce Clouds and APIs
