We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Audiologist to become part of our multidisciplinary team in Plainfield, IL, just 10 miles south of Aurora. This role involves diagnosing, managing, and treating hearing and balance disorders for patients of all ages. You'll be responsible for conducting hearing tests, interpreting results, developing personalized treatment plans, and fitting patients with devices such as hearing aids and cochlear implants. Our audiologists also provide essential counseling, manage hearing loss prevention programs, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our practice to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Diagnose and treat hearing and balance disorders
• Conduct assessments to identify and diagnose hearing loss
• Analyze and interpret hearing test results
• Create individualized treatment strategies for patients
• Fit, dispense, and program assistive devices such as hearing aids
• Train patients and families on device usage and communication strategies
• Perform follow-up evaluations to ensure device functionality
• Support patients and families in managing hearing loss
• Address the psychological impacts of hearing impairment
• Develop hearing conservation and education programs for the community
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance understanding of hearing and balance disorders
