We are seeking an experienced and motivated Family Law Attorney to join our winning team. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping clients navigate complex family legal issues and safeguard their children.

Benefits to full-time employees include paid holidays, paid vacation time, Health, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance, and 401(k).

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $130,000 plus bonus potential. Specific compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.

Compensation :

$85,000 - $130,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Research and draft legal documents related to family law cases to provide strategic legal advice
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and more to advocate for their best interests
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsels, and judges to ensure the smooth progress of cases

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years of experience practicing family law preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with potential
  • Active license to practice law in the state of Illinois
  • Strong research and writing skills
  • Spanish language skills are a plus
  • Proficient in legal software and technology
  • Looking for a future
