Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,465 per week in Largo, FL

Job Title : Home Health Occupational Therapist Profession : Therapy / Rehabilitation Specialty : Occupational Therapy Duration : 20 weeks Shift : Day Hours per Shift : 8 Experience : Minimum of 1 year preferred. License : State licensed required. Certifications : BLS required. Must-Have : - Home health experience. - OASIS training preferred. - Valid driver's license and car for home visits. - COVID-19 vaccination or exemption form on file. - Flu shot or declination with mandatory mask-wearing while working. Description : Provide skilled home health therapy services to adult patients. Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans based on patient needs. Implement activities of daily living training and rehabilitation for various conditions. Utilize equipment and techniques such as splinting and ultrasound as needed. Conduct patient and family education for safety and injury prevention. Engage in joint mobilization and home exercise programs to promote recovery. Document patient progress and care using standardized assessment tools. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain proper documentation and assist with intake evaluations. Adapt treatments for varied diagnoses including but not limited to orthopedic conditions and neurological disorders. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards while providing care.
