Job Title : Elementary Teacher Assistant K-6 (Founders Classical Academy-AR)

Wage / Hour Status : Exempt

Reports to : Principal

Department : As Assigned

School Summary :

Founders Classical Academy follows a democratic classical model using Core Knowledge curriculum based in classical liberal arts and sciences with a strong emphasis on civic education.

Qualifications :

Education / Certification : Must meet one of the following :

• High School Diploma or higher (Bachelors degree preferred)
• Experience working with elementary students in an instructional setting preferred
• Understanding of or willingness to learn selected methods of instruction
• Strong communication organization and interpersonal skills

Ability to transition with changes
