Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Molding Machine Technician II to join our dynamic team in Fairfield, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the operation and maintenance of our molding machines, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and maintain molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency.
  • Document production data and maintenance activities accurately.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience as a molding machine technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with various molding processes and equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
