• Establish and administer a treatment program with realistic and achievable goals to support patients' independence and well-being.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate team goals.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of recent experience
• Graduate of an accredited school
• BLS certification
• Active state license
• Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
