Noir Well Health is a community-centered medical and wellness practice in Brooklyn, NY. We provide accessible, high-quality care with a focus on primary care, womens health, behavioral health, and wellness services. We are expanding our provider team and seeking a Womens Health Nurse Practitioner to join us on a PRN (as needed) basis .

Position Summary

The Womens Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) will provide independent, patient-centered care for womens health needs, including preventive services, reproductive health, screenings, and wellness education. This position is PRN (as needed) with flexible scheduling, offering an opportunity to serve a diverse patient population in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive womens health services including annual exams, Pap smears, family planning, contraception, STI testing, and menopause management.

Diagnose and manage acute and chronic womens health conditions.

Educate patients on preventive care, reproductive health, and lifestyle management.

Collaborate with other providers (NPs, therapists, nutritionists) for holistic care when needed.

Document all patient encounters accurately in the EHR system.

Qualifications

Licensed Nurse Practitioner in New York State with Womens Health NP certification (WHNP).

Must have completed 3,600 hours of supervised practice and be eligible to practice independently in NYS.

Minimum of 23 years of clinical experience in womens health preferred.

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient-centered care skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a flexible PRN schedule.

Schedule & Compensation

PRN (as needed) flexible scheduling.

Hourly rate : $60$65 / hr, based on experience .
