A company is looking for a VP of Brand Creative to lead brand strategy and creative initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand and creative strategies to enhance positioning and emotional connection with the community

Oversee the creation of compelling narratives and content across various channels to drive demand and conversion

Lead cross-functional campaigns and ensure a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in brand, creative, or design leadership roles

Experience in women's apparel or intimates is strongly preferred

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand strategy and creative leadership

Proven experience leading high-performing creative teams

Deep understanding of ecommerce storytelling and customer journey design
