This role requires a tech-savvy individual keen on optimizing business requirements, technical specifications, schedules, and workflows, aiming to streamline distribution operations seamlessly. The candidate will be pivotal in liaising between post-production teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring the smooth delivery of services, while also focusing on enhancing customer relations and service quality. With responsibilities spanning project management, client services, and operational efficiency, the ideal candidate will lead initiatives to identify and implement workflow improvements and ensure the accurate billing of services.
