Assistant Community Manager

We are seeking an energetic, outgoing, and highly motivated Assistant Community Manager to help with the day-to-day operations of an apartment community. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business at Spanish Lake Townhomes in St. Louis, Missouri.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and organize paperwork
• Maintain positive relations with residents and prospects
• Special projects as assigned by the Community Manager
• Show apartments, process applications and other leasing activities
• Assist with rent collections, accounts payable, and accounts receivables
