  • 7 : 30AM-6PM (Varies) | Hybrid Step into the future of healthcare and unleash the potential of digital transformation as you take on the role of Behavioral Health Representative I at our cutting-edge facility in Pasadena, TX.

  • Lead the charge in streamlining patient management and provider schedules with state-of-the-art solutions Utilize forward-thinking strategies to coordinate referrals and enhance patient care Be at the forefront of patient screening and risk assessments, utilizing data-driven insights Collaborate in a tech-savvy, dynamic environment that fosters growth and disruption Seize transformative opportunities for personal and professional advancement Key Responsibilities Integrate language line interpretation services with agility and precision Optimize mail / fax sorting and distribution using digital tools Streamline patient registration and intake processes through innovative approaches Champion EHR management and continuity of care lists with data-driven insights Enhance provider schedule management to maximize patient access Revolutionize waitlist and service order follow-ups Capture and record vital signs in EHRS with technological proficiency Perform patient screening and risk assessments with a future-focused mindset Utilize bilingual skills to enhance communication seamlessly Participate in tech-enhanced meetings and manage reminder calls efficiently Process testing prior authorizations and navigate emergencies with digital foresight Execute blood draws, injections, EKGs, and drug screens with precision (for Medical Assistants) Administer lab service orders and provide cross-location support as an agile team member Foster innovative collaboration and positive team dynamics Commit to safety training and department safety enhancements Maintain and optimize equipment and workspaces, reporting any digital disruptions Minimum Qualifications Certified in BLS (CPR & AED) - Essential!
  • Three to six months of related experience preferred for rapid innovation One-year certificate from college or technical school - a plus for tech pioneers Familiarity with Behavioral Health - advantageous for forward thinkers Robust communication abilities, both in-person and virtually Teamwork orientation with leadership capabilities for program advancement Interpersonal skills to engage with diverse backgrounds and perspectives Proficiency in multitasking with digital tools Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and digital health platforms Bilingual in English and Spanish?
