Job Description

Role : Lead DevOps Engineer

Location : 100% Onsite (Westlake Village, CA) Local profile only

Long Term Contract

Role Overview

Skill Summary :

• AWS – Level Expert (AWS Solution Architect Preferable) Or / And  Google Cloud  Must have
• CI / CD Pipeline building Experience – Must have
• Expertise in GitLab, Git
• Terraform / OpenTofu Expertise Required
• Python Coding required – Required
• Understanding of Chef Cookbook
• Understanding of Auth0 Tenant configuration.
• Ruby on Rail / Node JS preferred  Good to have
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong knowledge of CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI / CD, CircleCI, or ArgoCD.
• Experience in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Expertise in monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog).
• Understanding of security best practices for cloud environments, including identity management, network security, and compliance frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
