Key Responsibilities

Gather and evaluate information from injured workers and employers to determine injury levels and categories

Perform precise data entry of initial Workers' Compensation claims from various sources while adhering to deadlines

Route calls to appropriate team members and verify data for accurate claim entry, ensuring compliance with company procedures

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

At least one year of medical terminology or medical office experience is preferred

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Proactive and independent with a strong initiative

Experience in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
