The Superintendent will oversee all onsite construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a key leadership role requiring a hands-on, proactive professional with extensive experience managing complex commercial builds.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily onsite construction operations for large commercial projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and field personnel.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
• Maintain project schedules, track progress, and anticipate potential delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality of workmanship.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, and architects.
• Resolve onsite issues quickly and effectively to keep the project moving.
• Maintain jobsite logs, documentation, and daily reports.
• Represent the company professionally in all onsite interactions.
