TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join an Observation Unit. This role involves closely monitoring patients who require short-term evaluation and stabilization to determine the need for inpatient admission or safe discharge.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor, assess, and document patients placed under observation status.
• Deliver prompt and accurate nursing interventions, including medication administration and vital sign monitoring.
• Identify changes in patient conditions and initiate appropriate actions or escalations.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to evaluate patient needs and discharge readiness.
• Educate patients and families about diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, documentation standards, and safety practices.
• Provide timely updates and clear communication during patient transitions.
