A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support an industry leader in data center providers in a permanent remote role based in the USA.
Key Responsibilities :
Organize and facilitate process review sessions with stakeholders
Perform complex business and system analysis work and conduct requirements gathering using Agile methodology
Support user acceptance testing and defect analysis
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a business change and optimizing environment
3+ years of experience in business product and process modeling
3+ years of experience working in an agile software development life cycle environment
Experience with ITIL framework and / or similar frameworks
Experience in creating business use cases and diagramming using tools like Visio / Gliffy
