Key Responsibilities
Conduct candidate screenings for the legal community, including network interviews
Proactively source candidates through various channels, focusing on legal operations and related talent
Maintain and refresh legal talent lists to keep candidate pools current and engaged
Qualifications
Interest and / or experience in the legal industry strongly preferred
1-3 years of experience in legal recruiting, legal operations, or related fields preferred
Highly organized and detail-oriented, comfortable with technology platforms
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or applicant tracking systems is a plus
Strong interest in leveraging technology for efficiency in recruiting processes
