Job Description :

  • 10 yrs experience working on large complex programs / projects within front office - with exposure and subject matter expertise with ETF and / or Portfolio Management Technology
  • Preferred experience working with large OMS and trading platforms preferably with Aladdin.
  • Experience with range of technologies including database experience working with vast amounts of data building and integrating APIs into platforms Micro services architecture Client facing application development built in Python / .Net / Azure Cloud and SQL.
  • Knowledge of AI / ML Agentic AI and LLMs

Tech Leadership

  • Engage in hands-on development including coding unit testing and resolving production issues.
  • Conduct code reviews design reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
  • Mentor junior engineers supporting their technical growth and career development.
  • Partner cross-functionally with developers QA engineers product owners technical leads and architects to deliver cohesive solutions.
