SaaS Implementation Project Manager

A company is looking for a Consumer Accounts SaaS Implementation Project Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee project management for onboarding and implementation of new Consumer Accounts clients

Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones, and manage project dependencies

Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team while ensuring client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or equivalent

1-3 years of professional experience in project management, preferably with PMI-ACP, PMP, ScrumMaster, or consulting experience

Client onboarding and SaaS implementation experience strongly preferred

Proven knowledge of spending account benefits (e.g., FSA / HSA / HRA / DCFSA)

Demonstrated initiative and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment
