Key Responsibilities
Forge strategic partnerships to align client strategies with business outcomes
Drive value realization through comprehensive Customer Success plans and Business Reviews
Monitor customer health and mitigate churn risk to maintain renewal-ready accounts
Required Qualifications
Direct experience within the Transportation industry
7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client services
Proven ability to work effectively with Executive and C-Level teams
Experience with Google Suite and Salesforce
Project management and / or ITIL experience is a bonus
