Hi, I’m Dr. Brendan. I'm a passionate chiropractor, a former Division One basketball player at the University of Connecticut, and someone who thrives on hard work, discipline, and competition. I’ve recently opened my clinic right here in Connecticut, and I’m fully committed to building something exceptional from the ground up. While this practice is new, my drive to serve others through chiropractic care is rooted in years of pushing myself both on and off the court.

WHAT I NEED : I am seeking a positive, reliable, and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills (in person and over the phone). The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, driven, and a quick learner—open to understanding chiropractic principles and passionate about motivating patients to make positive life changes. You’ll also play a key role in creating and managing social media content to help grow our presence and reach in the community. This is a full-time position based in Connecticut.

Your tasks will include :

New patient acquisition

Giving new patients office tours, reviewing their medical history, creating connections, and educating them about chiropractic

Preparing new patient intake forms ahead of their visit

Checking voicemails

Calling new patient leads (patients who request appointments)

Entering doctor recommendations into an Excel sheet for financial presentation

Verifying insurance through Navinet

Greeting and checking in / out patients

Patient scheduling

Calling missed appointments and setting up follow-ups

Providing laser therapy sessions (training provided)

Completing daily cash deposits

Helping create and manage social media content and engagement

REQUIREMENTS :

Must be coachable and open to feedback

Positive / high energy

Enjoys fast-paced environments and able to MULTITASK

Strong prioritization and efficiency skills

Kind, team-oriented personality—team chemistry matters

DETAIL ORIENTED – if details aren’t your thing, this isn’t the job for you

Comfortable creating or learning to create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
