Position Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations of Day Treatment and Intensive Outpatient programs, including group schedule management, budget oversight, admissions, and coordination of treatment team.Provide clinical supervision to staff, and coordinate supervision with Clinical Supervisor, as necessary, to remain in compliance with state licensureHuman resource management, including hiring, staff development, performance reviews, and addressing employee issuesRun weekly team meetings.Work with AVP and Director of Quality & Compliance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirementsRun groups / meals on the program schedule, as neededParticipate in marketing initiatives for Atlanta programRequirements :
Education, Competencies and Credentials :
Master’s degree in mental health counseling, social work, or similar discipline.Independent Licensure required NC License – LCMHC, LMFT, LCSW or PsyD, PhDMinimum of five years’ experience; Higher Level of Care experience preferredExperience working with individuals with eating disorders is preferred.Hours : 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, some evenings required.
