Your Impact
Lead maintenance and engineering operations to ensure equipment reliability and production efficiencyDrive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance plant performance and reduce unplanned downtimeManage a maintenance budget of approximately $5.5M and a team of 45 skilled trades employeesOversee capital projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with production and business objectivesFoster a culture of safety, engagement, and operational excellence across the planWhat You’ll Be Doing :
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a strong safety cultureProvide leadership, coaching, and development for maintenance and engineering teamsPlan and execute maintenance and engineering projects, including capital improvements and equipment upgradesImplement predictive and preventive maintenance programs to optimize uptime and reliabilityCollaborate with plant leadership and production teams to align strategies with overall business goalsMonitor and improve plant equipment, systems, and operational processesLead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to drive efficiency and cost savingsYou’ll Bring :
Education : A combination of relevant education and substantial maintenance and engineering leadership experience, including candidates without a traditional bachelor’s degreeLeadership Experience : +5 years in a manufacturing environment overseeing maintenance and engineering functionsProject Expertise : Demonstrated success managing capital projects and delivering measurable improvementsTechnical Skills : Strong project management capability, including prioritization and problem-solvingTeam Leadership : Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse skilled trades teamsContinuous Improvement : Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologiesCommunication Strength : Ability to clearly communicate and influence at all levels of the organizationAdaptability : Comfort navigating ambiguity while maintaining a strong sense of urgencyWhat We Can Offer You :
