Group Fitness Instruction (PT) - Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond, WA)

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Group Fitness Instructor!

Location : Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, Redmond WA

Are you passionate about fitness and love creating engaging, fun and educational workout experiences? Trilogy at Redmond Ridge, an upscale, resort-style community for active adults aged 55 and over, is looking for a vibrant and energetic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team!

What You'll Do :

  • Lead dynamic, safe, and entertaining group fitness classes.
  • Build positive relationships with members to inspire ongoing participation.
  • Adapt intensity and modify exercises to suit individual needs.
  • Stay on top of fitness trends and maintain expertise in anatomy, kinesiology, and safe exercise practices for active older adults.

What We're Looking For :

  • A current CPR / AED certification.
  • Experience or training in working with active older adults.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality that can light up a room!
  • Specialty certifications (like Barre, Step, Hip Hop or Kick Boxing) are a bonus!

    Compensation and Employment Options :

  • $40 / per hour.
  • Candidates have the flexibility to choose between being an employee of HOAMCO or working as an Independent Contractor , depending on what best fits your needs and career goals.
