Description :

The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate, reliable inventory records across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in a manufacturing environment. This role serves as the day-to-day steward of inventory integrity acting as a control point between supply chain, production, and quality, with authority to stop, correct, and escalate inventory issues that create financial loss, schedule risk, or quality exposure.

• Maintain high inventory accuracy across all stocking locations.
• Execute and manage the cycle count program.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Enforce proper transaction discipline.
• Identify process breakdowns that create inventory inaccuracies and work with supervisors to correct.
• Audit receiving process, materials and location management and labeling.
• Own physical-to-system alignment between ERP and actual inventory.
• Support internal and external audits through inventory records, count data, and corrective actions.
• Perform all functions of Material Handler I position.
• Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.
• Complete projects or any other functions as assigned by management
