As a CBRE Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will develop and implement companywide strategic procurement platforms. This job is part of the Supply Chain function. They are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the organization's supply chain.

What You'll Do :

• Oversee the development of procurement systems and controls. This includes RFP documentation, work authorizations, purchase and change order systems, etc.
• Guide the supplier and contractor certification process. This includes reviewing, financial viability, geographic coverage, insurance requirements and other capabilities.
• Prepare contracts with service providers by company standards.
• Coordinate global sourcing processes and practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships with national and global suppliers and contractors.
• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques / procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
• Have a broad knowledge of own job discipline and some knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement.
• Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
• Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.

Disclaimers :

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Advisory position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Analyst - Supply Chain Advisory position is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
